How can I use the postal address?
Business and personal mail may be sent to the postal address. The details of the addressee corresponding to the details of the Customer shall be indicated for such mail. The mail shall include postal communications, notifications as well as the envelopes, postal packets of international express mail with the weight up to 0.5 kg. (Additional payment: US$35/kg). The received mail (by request of the Customer) shall be forwarded to any address indicated by the Customer or kept in the office of Wenzel Group of Layers.
How does the telephone number with autoresponder work?
Incoming calls shall be readdressed to the autoresponder asking on behalf of the Customer to leave a message for him. The Customer will at any time have the possibility to listen to the received messages using the access code for the automated network operator.
How does the telephone number with call diverting work?
Incoming calls shall be readdressed to any telephone/fax number in any country as you may specify. Readdressing shall be carried out without interface. The calling person will not be aware of the readdressing of the call. For your partners, friends, customers you will be located in the country where they call.
How does the fax number with message readdressing to e-mail work?
Fax messages received to such fax number shall be readdressed to e-mail in any country of the world the Customer may specify, or kept in the office of Wenzel Group of Layers.
Can you provide me with the room for business meetings, organize the meeting in airport?
For holding of important meetings and conferences you may rent a first-class office in the country at your option as long as you need. We can also provide you with equipment for presentation showing of any audiovisual format: LCD projector; wide-screen plasmic display; DVD VCR player; videotape recorder PAL/SECAM; CD-R, CD-RW driver. Additionally you may order: interpreter or secretary services; beverages and light snacks; stationery or business accessories; limousine or minibus for meetings in airports; bodyguard. You can use dedicated digital telephone line for receiving of facsimiles or holding of videoconferences.
May I pay for the Virtual Office monthly?
No. We take the advance payment for the year of the Virtual Office use.
For what purposes is the deposit used?
The amount of deposit shall be used for reimbursement of costs connected with the payment of postal and messenger service expenses, facsimile, telephone expenses, etc. The unused balance of the deposit shall be returned to the Customer upon the termination of the servicing period specified by the secretary servicing agreement.
How can I pay?

How much time does it take to open the Virtual Office?
As a rule, you can work with your Virtual Office in one day from the receipt of payment for such service
